Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce aren’t planning on getting engaged anytime soon, an insider claims that constant fan speculation has ruined the intimate moment.

Travis’ brother Jason inadvertently fueled rumors earlier this month when he failed to refute a reference to Taylor as his “sister-in-law” during a radio appearance.

But despite the persistent talk of wedding bells, a source close to Taylor and Travis, both 34, has dashed any hopes of exchanging vows – for now.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, they revealed that the ongoing speculation has “devalued” the significance of a potential engagement, adding that it wouldn’t feel “authentic” if the NFL champion got down on one knee anytime soon.

“At this point, Taylor and Travis almost felt like an engagement wouldn’t feel authentic,” they said.

The source claimed that the couple, who met in July last year, have discussed marriage as part of their future, but are concerned the sanctity of marriage is being lost in all the fuss surrounding their romance.

“People are so diehard to see Taylor with a ring on her finger and try to manifest it and want it to happen,” they said. “But imagine if you were them. How can Travis even propose at this point?

‘Of course they talked about a future together and getting married is part of that.

“But it feels like the constant speculation and chatter about their engagement and wedding is somehow undermining its sanctity.”

Taylor’s army of loyal fans still haven’t tired of pushing Travis to propose to their beloved singer.

Jason then showered the Cruel Summer singer with praise after she won seven VMA awards last week.
