“I believe… and I hope and pray that Donald Trump will be re-elected as President of the United States,” Cruz said in his speech, surrounded by supporters and family. But in a TikTok post that’s been viewed nearly a million times, an eagle-eyed user captured a split-second moment when Cruz mentioned Trump: His daughter Caroline visibly grimaced and mouthed what users said appeared to be are: ‘Don’t clap for that. .”

It is not the first time that Caroline has attracted attention because she disagrees with her father’s political position. Caroline’s account became private shortly after the video gained traction when users shared screenshots of her profile that listed her pronouns as she/her and described her as “bi,” which were shared by the media at the time.
