Teoscar Hernandez is making his intentions clear about a possible return to Dodgers

Teoscar Hernández wants the Los Angeles Dodgers to re-sign him this winter. Fans want the Dodgers to pay Hernández. But whether the Dodgers decide to do so remains a mystery.

The Dodgers outfielder has expressed his desire to remain in Los Angeles for several months, but put even more pressure on his current team with his comments to Jon Heyman of the New York Post.

Hernández simply said this about returning to the Dodgers: “One thousand percent.”

It was simple, but it got the message across clearly. Hernández has made it abundantly clear that he wants to wear a Dodgers uniform for years to come. It’s now up to the Dodgers to decide whether to keep the fan favorite.

Fans love Hernández for more than just his big smile. He is adored by Dodgers fans for his willingness to embrace the clubhouse culture and his passion for winning.

However, Hernández’s future with the team is at stake. The Dodgers have let go of fan favorites before. Remember Cody Bellinger, Corey Seager or Justin Turner?

The Dodgers will have several decisions to make regarding the current roster members, including key starters like Hernández, Jack Flaherty and Walker Buehler.

While Los Angeles already has a star-studded lineup, there is speculation that the Dodgers are looking to sign a high-profile shortstop this offseason. Two star shortstops reportedly on the Dodgers’ radar are Willy Adames and Bo Bichette.

President of baseball operations Andrew Friedman and general manager Brandon Gomes will be tasked with making some tough decisions after the World Series is over.

Champagne showers may be in store for the Dodgers, but regardless of the outcome of the Fall Classic, the team will have to decide whether Hernández should stay or go.

Can we really imagine him in anything other than Dodger Blue? Whatever the fans want, the front office will decide what’s best for the team moving forward.

But we can still hope this means Hernández stays in Los Angeles.
