The Texas football team will face one of the most hostile environments in college football when it plays Michigan on Saturday at “The Big House.”

The No. 3 Longhorns will face the new, reigning champion Wolverines, ranked No. 9 in the latest U.S. LBM Coaches Poll. They are led by new coach Sherrone Moore and a new quarterback, former walk-on Davis Warren.

Texas is hoping quarterback Quinn Ewers can continue his streak of strong play against ranked opponents, as Ewers has six consecutive games with 300 or more yards against ranked teams since 2022. The third-year starting quarterback also played his first season at Ohio State, Michigan’s archrival.
