The “Wicked” Stanley Tumblers are coming October 13th!

Broadway fans, this one’s for you. One of the most iconic musicals in modern history is finally getting a big screen adaptation– and Stanley will help you celebrate. Whether you want to channel your inner Elphaba or Glinda, these are colorful Bad cups launch exclusively at Target on Sunday, October 13. Here’s what you need to know.

What are Bad Stanley tumblers?

The Bad Stanley cups won’t help you defy gravity, but they will keep your drinks at the ideal temperature. The 20-ounce cup keeps drinks cold for up to eight hours and frozen for up to 30 hours, while the larger 40-ounce cup stays cold for 11 hours and ice cold for up to two days. This impressive performance is thanks to the cup’s double-walled vacuum insulation. In addition, both cups come with other smart features, such as a reusable straw, a three-position lid and dishwasher safe. (During our Stanley Quencher testing, we found that the lid can leak, so we recommend purchasing some compatible flip straw lids for peace of mind.)

Now the main act: the colors. Inspired by the two most popular witches in Oz, there is both an Elphaba and a Glinda design. The Elphaba Stanley cup features a glorious, ombre emerald green hue and a subtle flying monkey detail. The Glinda cup is of course pink with a butterfly decoration. Both cups offer a shiny iridescence with gold accents.

Anyone who is part of the Stanley craze understands that coveted patterns, colors and collaborations make these cups a collector’s item. (After all, the Halloween Stanley Cup sold out within days.) We expect the Bad Tumblers will sell out well before the movie hits theaters on November 22, so act faster than a flying monkey if you want one.
