Election day is just around the corner. On Tuesday, voters in New Jersey can make their voices heard in the presidential, congressional and other local elections.

Polling stations open at 6am on Tuesday and close at 8pm that evening.

You can find your personal voting location on the NJ Division of Elections website here.

More than a million people in New Jersey have already voted early in person or by mail. Residents can track their mail-in ballot through their My Voter Record account, which can be created on the state elections website.

The choice between presidential candidates isn’t the only election on the ballot. Andy Kim and Curtis Bashsaw are vying to represent New Jersey in the U.S. Senate.

New Jersey also has every congressional seat up for grabs in Tuesday’s election. Local elections and school boards may also be on your ballot.

People in New Jersey may be feeling anxious and stressed this voting season, but patience is key as presidential election results may not come for days after the polls close on Tuesday night.
