A pair of head coaches under the microscope led the Chicago Bears and Jacksonville Jaguars to London on Sunday.

Matt Eberflus has questioned whether he was the right man to usher in the Caleb Williams era after a few lackluster seasons in Chicago with Justin Fields. It’s been a mixed bag so far in 2024, but Williams has shown enough flashes to keep the heat off the head coach.

What gives Eberflus a boost is the coach’s defensive background, which has transformed the Bears’ defensive unit into one of the fiercest defensive teams in football.

That will be a tough challenge for the Jaguars, who have struggled on the offensive side of the ball this season under the tutelage of Doug Pederson. Trevor Lawrence has taken some criticism for not fully living up to his new, flashy contract, but perhaps more has gone to the head coach, who has yet to pull the Jaguars out of the mud.

That all makes for a much more intriguing matchup in London than their respective records indicate. Here’s how to watch the week 6 showdown:

The Bears and Jaguars kick off at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in Tottenham, London, England. It follows the Jets vs. game. Vikings Week 5, which also took place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The stadium is a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2019 and can accommodate nearly 63,000 fans.

Bears vs. Jaguars TV channel, live stream

The Bears-Jaguars game will be broadcast nationally on NFL Network. For those in the Jacksonville market, CBS47 will carry the game. For those in the Chicago area, the game will be broadcast on Fox 32.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have become a staple of NFL games in London. The Jaguars will play back-to-back games in London, just like in 2023. The international audience will be able to watch Caleb Williams, the No. 1 overall pick, under center for the Chicago Bears.

Patriots vs. Jaguars in London

  • Date: Sunday October 20 (week 7)
  • Start time: 9:30am ET
  • Location: London
  • Location: Wembley Stadium

The third consecutive week with an NFL game in London concludes with the Jaguars against the New England Patriots in Week 7. The No. 3 overall pick, Drake Maye, could be the starting quarterback for New England by then, adding to the intrigue only enlarged.

Giants vs. Panthers in Germany

  • Date: Sunday November 10 (week 10)
  • Start time: 9:30am ET
  • Location: Munich, Germany
  • Location: Allianz Arena

The final international NFL game in 2024 features the Carolina Panthers and New York Giants. Both teams are off to slow starts and share the longest Super Bowl odds after the first month of the season.
