Who is Maddi Levi?

Australia’s star player so far in the Women’s Rugby Sevens is 22-year-old Maddi Levi, who hails from the Gold Coast.

In just four games, Levi has scored 11 goals, a record for a single Olympic Games. You’d think she’d be done there.

Levi is a multi-sport athlete, having previously played for the Gold Coast Suns AFLW team and captained goal kicking in her first season in 2021. After a year, she moved up to Rugby Sevens.
