What does Cade’s father Tim do for a living?

Although many know Tim as Cade Otton’s football coach at Tumwater High School, he has a second passion off the football field: pizza! Tim owns it Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana in Olympia, Washington, a chain of pizzerias he runs with his brother Brad, a former USC quarterback.

Football may be a family tradition, but food is another thread that ties them together. Tim’s pizzeria serves delicious, handmade pizzas, a business that, like football, he has poured his heart into. Their family’s famous chocolate chip cookie recipe, perfected by Cade’s late mother, Sally, was even on the menu. Tim remembers how he “followed her with a kitchen scale‘ to preserve the recipe and show how family and food have always been intertwined in their lives.
