Who won season 33 of ‘DTWS’? Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson were crowned

Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson’s fierce footwork paid off during “Dancing with the Stars.”

The 29-year-old “Bachelor” alumnus and 30-year-old choreographer took home the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy during the Season 33 finale of the ABC reality competition on Tuesday night.

The two competed against Super Bowl champion Danny Amendola and pro Witney Carson; actress Chandler Kinney and pro Brandon Armstrong; Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher and pro Alan Bersten; and Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik and pro Rylee Arnold.

Graziadei’s win marks a stunning turn of years for members of Bachelor Nation who were recently crowned winners of the competition show; Hannah Brown won in 2019 and Kaitlyn Bristowe took home the award the following year.

Leading up to their victory, Graziadei and Johnson performed a tennis-inspired freestyle to District 78’s “Canned Heat” with Jake Simpson, an ode to Graziadei’s pre-‘Bachelor’ profession as a tennis instructor. For their redemption dance, the two did a cha-cha to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling!” which earned them a perfect score.

The packed finale included a redemption round and a freestyle round, as well as dazzling numbers set to pop hits from Madonna and Troye Sivan.

Here’s what else happened.

Danny Amendola redeems himself with cowboy tango

For his redemption dance, Amendola performed a tango routine to Post Malone and Morgan Wallen’s country banger “I Had Some Help.”

“Of all men, you have made the greatest transformation,” judge Carrie Ann Inaba told Amendola.

‘DWTS’ winner Joey Graziadei goes for a Cha Cha do-over

Graziadei revived his Week 1 performance with a tight Cha Cha performance on “Can’t Stop the Feeling!” by Justin Timberlake.

Judge Bruno Tonioli said the song was “polished to perfection,” while Derek Hough noted that the dance served as a “punctuation mark” for Graziadei’s “DWTS” stint.

Chandler Kinney impresses with Bruno Mars Jive

Kinney got the crowd on its feet with a lively Jive performance of “Apt.” by Rosé and Bruno Mars.

That “went beyond redemption,” Tonioli said. “What we have here is a triumph!”

Meanwhile, Hough praised Kinney’s song as “sensational.”

Ilona Maher impresses the judges with Jive redemption

Maher started the evening with a soulful Jive performance set to “Shake A Tail Feather” by Ray Charles and The Blues Brothers.

The athlete’s dynamic redemption number earned her enthusiastic compliments from the judges.

“Redemption is yours,” Inaba exclaimed, while Tonioli said Maher’s second effort was “so much better” than the original performance.

Stephen Nedoroscik comes back swinging with ‘Friends’-inspired performance

Nedoroscik staked his claim to glory in the finale with a quickstep of The Rembrandts’ “Friends” theme song, “I’ll Be There for You.”

The energetic redemption performance was a hit with the judges this time.

“You were driving in top gear: fast, smooth and clear,” Tonioli said.

‘DWTS’ stars groove to Madonna for opening song

The season 33 finale got off to a festive start with a group performance of Madonna’s ’80s hit “Holiday.”

The upbeat number, choreographed by Ray Leeper, featured the return of eliminated contestants from the season such as Anna Delvey, Tori Spelling, Eric Roberts and Jenn Tran. Co-hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro were also in attendance.

“What a way to start our celebration with all the stars of the season,” said Ribeiro.
