Zachary Ty Bryan has been arrested … while police booked the former ‘Home Improvement’ star with drunken driving and driving without a license – and the entire interaction was caught on police cameras.

According to arrest documents, the former child star was contacted by Oklahoma police around 6:47 a.m. Friday … when police say they made contact with Bryan who was fast asleep in the backseat.

Officers say they spoke with Bryan briefly before leaving him alone… but later saw him driving. At that point, officers said they conducted a traffic stop and pulled him to the side of the road, where he told the officer he was intoxicated.

Check out the footage, obtained by TMZ, in which officers ask Zachery when he stopped drinking the night before… and you can clearly hear him say on the tape that he doesn’t think he ever really stopped drinking.

The police then get him out of the car and perform sobriety tests… which they say in the report that ZTB bombed – and it’s also captured on the dashcam.

Police say they asked Bryan where his sobriety was on a scale of 0 to 10… and they say Zachery replied he was at a five – and then police arrested him. The report says Zachery rejected the breathalyzer test at the scene.

Bryan was booked into the Custer County Jail just after 8:30 a.m. Friday morning.

This is far from the first time Zachery has been arrested. The ‘Home Improvement’ actor has done just that multiple DUI arrests on his record.
