Happy Tuesday evening to everyone! It was another sunny day, although slightly cooler as highs reached the upper 40s. Clouds will increase tonight with lows around 40 degrees, with a few degrees on either side.

Rain will fall on Wednesday, mainly in central and western Minnesota, but the rain will be slower along the I-35 corridor. Expect a mostly cloudy day, with showers increasing in the afternoon and evening for the metro and eastward. High temperatures remain cold in the 40s.

Once the showers pass, it will remain mostly cloudy overnight with lows in the low 40s. Clouds will linger for most of Thursday, with some sunshine in the evening. The maximum temperatures are a few degrees warmer, but remain around 40 degrees. Milder air arrives just in time for the weekend! Partly cloudy skies are expected Friday, with highs returning to the lower 50s. This trend continues Saturday with highs in the mid 50s!

There will be another chance of rain next Monday evening.
