Harris vs Trump election quiz 2024: how well do you remember the campaign?

Today, millions of voters across America will head to the polls as the nation votes on who will lead the country for the next four years.

The 2024 presidential race is one of the tightest and most exciting in modern history. But how well do you remember what happened during the campaign? Newsweek has put together a quiz based on events that happened during the race so you can test how well you remember the race.

As America heads to the polls, the numbers show a close contest between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump.

Whichever candidate wins, they will make history, as Harris would be the first woman, the first Black female president and the first person of South Asian descent to be elected president if she defeats Trump.

If Trump wins, he would be the first convicted felon to be elected president, and only the second former president to return to the top position since Grover Cleveland in 1893.

As the race comes to a close, the candidates have made their final pitches to voters. With polls showing an increase, all eyes are on the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada and Wisconsin.

More than 82 million Americans have already voted, according to the University of Florida’s Election Lab, and results from key swing states could be too close to predict by Tuesday evening.

While people everywhere wait for the results, take our quiz below to test your knowledge of the 2024 election.
