Jake Paul will be wearing some expensive and unique jewelry ahead of his highly anticipated fight with legendary boxer Mike Tyson on Friday.

According to TMZ Sports, the YouTuber turned boxer purchased a Jacob and Co. watch worth $7 million, along with diamond ear studs, which cost $100,000 each and came from VOBARA, according to TMZ.

The ear coverings are apparently a preemptive jab against Tyson, who infamously bit Evander Holyfield’s ear twice during their 1997 championship fight, causing him to be disqualified from the fight.

Paul spoke about the ear coverings at a press conference on Wednesday:

Along with the expensive accessories, Paul teased his $1 million pre-fight outfit on Tuesday.

“This outfit I made for the fight is the most expensive fighting outfit in the history of boxing,” he says said. “It costs $1 million. So it costs a pretty penny, and it’s very shiny. Those are the hints I’ll give. But for the strike, I’ll be driving to the ring in a certain vehicle, which will be pretty cool. But the rest you’ll have to wait and see. The song is somewhat related to Mike Tyson’s career and a movie he made.”

Paul clearly spares no expense before the fight, but expensive accessories won’t do him any good once he’s in the ring. A win over Tyson could be career-defining for Paul, who has a 10-1 record and looks to add to that on Friday.

Tyson, meanwhile, has been out of the ring professionally since 2005 and his last exhibition bout will come in 2020. The 58-year-old wants to prove he’s still got it by taking down the much younger Paul.
